Do you do photography and 
videography at the same time?

Yes, I have a professional team composed of photographers and videographers.

Can we meet you before the wedding?

Yes, absolutely! We love meeting our bridal couple before their wedding day, so we can get to know them better. 

When will my wedding photos be ready?

For wedding packages, photos will be provided 3 to 4 weeks after the wedding.

For videos, the teaser will take 2 to 3 weeks; 3-5 weeks for wedding highlights and 6 to 8 weeks for your full wedding video. 

 

A video teaser is a short video to build up excitement on what comes next which is your wedding highlights video. A wedding highlights video is a video around 4 to 6 minutes long with curated and arranged videos that will showcase the momentous events of your wedding and will be a cinematic visual narrative of your beautiful day. Meanwhile, a full video is 45 mins to 2 hours long which provides you a copy of the footage of your wedding coverage and would not be as cinematic as your wedding highlights video.  ​​

 

For non-wedding packages, photos will be released 2 to 3 weeks. 

How do I make a reservation?

There is a 20 % non-refundable deposit to make a reservation. (Non - Refundable)

NA Studios shall reserve the date and time agreed upon. NA Studios will commit to this date and will not accept any other reservations for said date and time.

 

For this reason, all monies paid shall be retained by NA studios in order to offset its loss of business, in the event the client cancels the contract for any reason.

We require a 20% deposit for wedding packages to book and hold the date of your event. This also serves as a cancellation fee.  The deposit is non-refundable. Full payment must be paid at least a month before the wedding. 

All sessions and packages (plus taxes) will be paid via cash or bank transfer.

How will you deliver my photos and videos?

Photos and videos will be provided through a google drive link that allows you to download and save high-resolution photos and videos. This link is valid for 3 months. The client will receive a customised storage thumb drive for their own soft copy. 

Do you have a Covid - 19 policy?

For weddings and events, if the CLIENT cancels before the wedding date due to the COVID-19 outbreak, NA Studios will keep the event cancellation fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, or by email. However, if the CLIENT requires to change or postpone the wedding date due to COVID-19, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within 1 year of the original event date.  If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

N on-covid issue 50 per cent is refundable only 2 weeks before the wedding. 50 per cent is not refundable to cover any lose booking because someone might have booked me on that date
